Favorites wasn’t just a heart icon—it was a memory keeper, shopping assistant, and decision support tool. We designed a unified, emotionally intuitive experience that helped users track what they loved, compare details, and move closer to purchase at their own pace.
We built a flexible Favorites view that balanced ease and utility. Users could save, edit, compare, remove, and share, no sign-in required. The layout made scanning simple, with pricing, promos, and stock surfaced at a glance.
This feature had to flex across Kay, Jared, and Zales, each with unique promotions, product types, and user behavior. Whether saving from PDPs, browsing as guests, or returning after weeks away, Favorites gave users a familiar, persistent way to re-engage and convert.
