This wasn’t just account management—it was peace of mind. My Account had to feel secure, frictionless, and adaptable. From sign-in and personalization to address changes and card updates, we built a responsive mobile hub that worked seamlessly across eight brands.
The dashboard gave quick access to essentials like contact info, orders, and loyalty perks. Reusable cards and clean iconography made every interaction polished and familiar, adapting to each brand’s voice.
“Account” became an ecosystem. Personalization, rewards, payments, and social login connected across touchpoints, all supported by a flexible, brand-aware foundation.
