The home screen brought everything together—it surfaced status, offers, products, and rewards in one flexible view. But each brand carried different content priorities, tech constraints, and user states. We designed a modular home that balanced personalization with brand voice, giving every user a relevant entry point into the journey.
We designed with context in mind. Authenticated loyalty members viewed Gem progress, perks, and exclusive prompts. First-time visitors were onboarded with confidence-building language and curated collections. The layout flexed from seasonal campaigns to everyday browsing, making the experience feel timely and personal.
The visual system was tuned for flexibility, ease, and touch. Loyalty, offers, and product rows were designed for thumb reach and clear flow. Every tile honored 44px tap targets, every headline matched brand voice, and every scroll reinforced forward momentum.
