Signet iOS App Favorites

Seamless, Synced Saving

Favorites wasn’t just a heart icon—it was a memory keeper, shopping assistant, and decision support tool. But each brand handled saved items differently, with no shared logic or flow. We designed a unified, emotionally intuitive experience that helped users track what they loved, compare details, and move closer to purchase—at their own pace and on their own terms.

We designed a flexible Favorites view that balanced ease and utility. Users could save, edit, compare, remove, and share—no sign-in required. The layout made scanning simple, with pricing, promos, and stock surfaced at a glance.

Microinteractions mattered. We added confirmation toasts, share sheets, and smart item states like “Out of Stock” or “Select a Size” to reduce surprises and build trust. Favorites adapted to what came next—edit, buy, or share with a tap.

This feature had to flex across Kay, Jared, and Zales—each with unique promotions, product types, and user behavior. Whether users were saving from PDPs, browsing as guests, or returning after weeks away, Favorites gave them a familiar, persistent way to re-engage and convert.
