Designed a personalized experience that invited users in and evolved with their journey.
We designed with context in mind. Authenticated loyalty members saw Gem progress, reward prompts, and upcoming perks. First-time users were onboarded gently—with confidence-building language and curated collections. The layout scaled from seasonal campaigns to everyday use.
The visual system was built for flexibility, ease of use, and touch. Loyalty, offers, and product rows were tuned for thumb reach and visual flow. Every tile honored 44px tap targets, every headline matched brand voice, and every scroll reinforced momentum.
